Jewelry from our collections is carefully prepared for shipment. The estimated preparation and dispatch time is two (2) to four (4) weeks from the date payment is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During this period, each piece undergoes a final inspection, quality control, documentation, presentation preparation and verification before shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Vault pieces, including fully bespoke creations and jewelry specially crafted for an individual client, have variable production timelines. The estimated delivery timeframe will be confirmed individually once the design has been approved, the gemstones have been selected and the order has been confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before shipment, every piece of jewelry undergoes an internal inspection, documentation and authenticity verification process to ensure it meets Baby Beam\u2019s quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of this process, Baby Beam may record photographs, technical specifications, weight, dimensions and other characteristics of the jewelry for quality control, authenticity, security and traceability purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a gemological certificate is not included in the product description, the customer may request one prior to shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Obtaining an additional certification may require extra preparation and dispatch time, as well as additional costs, which will be communicated to the customer for approval before the process begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer domestic and international shipping to destinations available at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping availability may vary depending on logistical, customs, legal or carrier restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of loss or damage covered by insurance, any claim will be subject to the procedures, requirements and timeframes established by the respective carrier or insurance provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If an order experiences significant delays or delivery issues, the customer may contact us for assistance and, where possible, to facilitate communication with the carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, Baby Beam shall not be responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including customs procedures, weather events, labor disputes, government restrictions or force majeure events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a package shows visible signs of damage upon delivery, we recommend photographing the package before opening it and contacting us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon receiving the order, the customer should also inspect both the jewelry and its contents. Any discrepancies relating to the condition of the package or the contents received must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery so that Baby Beam may assess the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
